Chloe Smith OTD, OTR/L

Hi! My name is Chloe Smith and I am so so excited and blessed to be starting at Joe’s Kids as an occupational therapist! I am from Fort Wayne and currently live downtown Fort Wayne with my husband and our dog! I recently graduated with my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Huntington University in May and I completed my undergrad at Grace College majoring in Exercise Science and Behavioral Sciences. My OT experiences in grad school were primarily in pediatric and acute care/ICU settings; my capstone focused on transition to adulthood for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In my free time, I enjoy reading, game nights with friends, hiking, camping, and touring different coffee shops! I am incredibly excited to start at Joe’s Kids and meet everyone!
