Julie Goodwin
Director of Operations
Julie Goodwin joins Joe’s Kids as the Director of Operations. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership, human resources, marketing, fundraising, and operations. Julie has a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in healthcare administration from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University Fort Wayne, and an Organizational Leadership and Supervision Certification from Indiana University Fort Wayne. Julie is most looking forward to the updates and renovations to the new Joe’s Kids campus, along with helping to continue to grow and support the strategic initiatives of Joe’s Kids, while promoting a positive experience for all families, ensuring that services are accessible and aligned with community needs.
