Hi! My name is Kate Jackson, and I am a former K-12 Language Arts Teacher. I graduated from Grace College with my bachelor’s degree in English Education in 2019. After teaching for two years, I transitioned to my favorite role as a stay-at-home-mom. Joe’s Kids now gives me the opportunity to continue my passion for helping students learn. Learning about the intricacies of reading, writing, and communication has always been intriguing to me. As a lifelong learner, I am currently working on my Orton-Gillingham certification as a Dyslexia tutor. I believe no two brains are alike, and that each student should be taught according to their own strengths. I’m blessed to be a part of this team of passionate tutors as we partner alongside families in the community!
