Letrecia Nichols

I’m Letrecia “Trish” Nichols, Development Director at Joe’s Kids, where I lead fundraising and community engagement efforts in support of children and families throughout the region.

I bring a strong background in nonprofit leadership, having served as executive director for the Warsaw Community Development Corporation, Girls Inc., the Animal Welfare League, and most recently Black Pine Animal Sanctuary. My work has always been rooted in mission-driven impact and community connection.

I previously served as a city councilwoman for Warsaw and remain active in civic life as a member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist, where I serve as chair of the Oratorical Contest. I earned my fundraising certification from the Lilly School of Philanthropy in 2024.
